The purpose of this 2020 Winter trial, is to provide supplementary feed during the Winter Feed Gap in the High Country. It was cultivated and later sown in April by David Pooley and Simon Lawlor. The different blends were developed, consisting of a mixture of ryegrass, clover, brassicas, oats and/or barley.
